According to a U.S. study, commissioned by Work Health Life, 67 percent of Millennials feel “extreme” pressure to succeed, compared to 40 percent of Gen-Xers and 23 percent of Boomers. This has resulted in a new phenomenon: the quarter-life crisis.

“Born in the Southwest of England, my name is Jordan Prior to my transformation, I was deep into the world of sport coaching, teaching, personal training, and IT. Like every career propelled individual, I spent all resources on maximizing my calling. I have been incredibly fortunate to have been able to coach and gain experience over the last 12 years.

In my career, I thought I was in the ascendancy, only going up. I’d never expe rienced a crushing defeat in my career before, so I aggressively implemented all I could to preserve that record. When I valiantly tried something outside my comfort zone, I berated myself for not achieving a good result immediately. Therefore, I ensured I stuck doggedly to what I knew the most. As a result, my mindset was built on an unstable foundation and was easily susceptible to stress and overwhelm if challenged. I want my job on the planet to be a coach who can provide these high-performance habits for my clients. It made sense for me to include relentlessness not only as part of my new blueprint, but also my coaching philosophy. As a result, The Personalized Peak-Performance Blueprint for Career-Focused Millennials program you see today is embedded with teachings of how to build your own values embedded high-performance toolkit.

Looking back now, I can clearly see I caused my own stress. I allowed my mind to create more incursive excuses. Unfortunately, this was left unchecked and corrected over a period of five months, and it resulted in developing mental and physical symptoms. All these thoughts in my head caused anxiety symptoms such as face tremors and panic attacks to appear. Without the awareness I needed, I fell deeper and deeper into this self-defeating mindset, became depressed, and blamed the environment around me for my perceived failures. It ultimately cost me any happiness I wished to have in my dream.

Millennial career development requires more than just motivating concepts. You need proven actions that work. Jordan is a high-performance coach who works specifically with Millennials who are feeling stressed and overwhelmed because they’re still struggling with moving ahead in their career despite their best efforts to gain promotions and pay raises. Jordan’s content focuses on developing your high-performance mindset, and unlike other personal development guides, you will get information that allows you to develop your own personalized blueprint, which can be implemented to ignite your career to higher responsibility, impact, and income.” He joined me this week to tell me more.
