Grace talks about wanting to fit in to American culture as a young person and how in adulthood she is beginning to explore more of her Taiwanese heritage: Grace's parents both came to the U.S. from Taiwan.  

She also discusses her strong relationship with her grandmother, growing up in New England and then Arizona, and how her mother's powerful independence influenced her.
