Our 4th episode is with Vaibhav, who is a certified yoga instructor. I know him as a friend whom I see as happy go lucky kind of a guy but he reveals how everybody has fears, stress, and really low phases. We discuss about why it is important to fail and feel the emotions of failure. He talks about how fitness with the help of tennis, yoga, pilates helped him grow as a person. He says that there every individual has its own set of experiences with yog and that it is important to recognize that individual response. He points out how focusing on what one can control brings a sense of calmness. We both agree on how social media is a frequently accessed space and why it is important to unfollow pages/people who make you feel uncomfortable. Vaibhav says the pages or people we follow should motivate us or at least not make us feel bad about how we are living. We talk about emotional intelligence and peer support in some parts.
