Sometimes, title work can seem too complicated or possibly not “sexy” enough to discuss, but it's a crucial component of the real estate sales process. From running title searches to ensure that someone can buy a house without the fear of ownership issues to ensuring that all the numbers are correct when it comes time to sign those closing docs, title companies have a lot of behind the scenes work that goes unnoticed if done well and can terribly affect a transaction if done poorly.
