She grew up in a single parent household in Dallas, TX! Yeah, OakCliff, that's her hood! She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelors in Art, then she went on to earn her Master's degree in Educational Leadership. She has always said that her mother and grandmother are her heroes, so she got her motherly nurturing spirit from them both. She’s an amazing mother of two beautiful kiddos and she carries her love into her classroom! She serves as a Special education teacher, helping each student feel loved and seen. My guest of honor understands the IMPORTANCE of REPRESENTATION and she answers the call everyday. Today my guest of honor is Arais Williams.
