The highs and lows of manic and depressive episodes are intense as anyone diagnosed bipolar would know. We are coached on how to identify triggers, how to utilize self care, essentially get through the episode. Then what? What do we do in between these extreme episodes that sometimes only happen every few months or even just once a year? I am here to talk about my life...my real life. The life that I live everyday, a life with occasional episodes, not a life preparing for episodes to happen. Oh and of course my chooks.
