Have you ever experienced the "joy" of a slip/trip and fall?
I have.
Just recently...
I had an accident (slip/trip and fall) and landed with all my weight on my TKR (total knee replacement).
Boom!!!
Fortunately nothing broke and no hardware was damaged.
However, I have a very swollen knee and a severely bruised ego.
I will be out of commission for the next few days.
