It's no secret that it takes money to create films. Many indie filmmakers don't have the money to invest in their own projects. They resort raising funds, borrowing funds from friends and family, getting investors, or going into debt. David Tinsley, a filmmaker, engineer, and real estate investor started making films using money saved from his 9-5 job, but more recently real estate investing has created another source of funding for his films.  David is now able to create freely.
