After a move finding myself lonely, isolated, and drowning in the realities of parenting teenagers, I felt completely lost and depleted. After a year of sitting in loneliness, I knew it had to stop. When not podcasting or curating for CLUB BFF Mastermind (a membership for Christian moms of teens), she’s coaching moms to live confidently, set clear boundaries, and learn to build their fire in the rain.
