Life Enacted is a podcast where I talk about a variety of subjects regarding living a better life through action. My goal is to get you to begin thinking about what you are doing each day instead of just going through the motions of life checking boxes. Also, to try and prevent you from voluntarily getting yourself into things that cause you higher amounts of useless or unproductive stress, whether that be from finances, relationships, work, health, or other choices that will only serve to hinder or cripple your soul. Living with depression, anxiety, and stress is difficult, but through good life decisions, and mental toughness you can take your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. Most self-help, fitness, and mental health channels are produced by folks who have reached the goal and are now trying to help others. I am a work in progress. I invite you to join me on my journey.
