I hope you're all doing good and are healthy! In today's episode, I'm going to be talking about depression but most importantly quarantine depression. The reason I decided to make this episode is that I have been seeing noticing some people having a hard time trying to cope with this lockdown. even some people I know personally are having a hard time and if I'm being real, me too. So I thought it's a good idea to make an episode around the topic to help you guys out.
The list of things I go over is why you may feel depressed, what causes it and what you can do to deal with it. The tips I share in this episode are ones I personally apply to my daily life when I feel down and I hope it helps you guys too.
The key thing I want you guys to take away from this episode is that you are not alone and tips I give can help everyone as long as they stay committed to them.
