In the last episode, we talked about the effects of negative thoughts/words has on water. Knowing that we are made up of 70% water, we then discussed how constant negative thoughts and negative self-talk can shape our reality. This episode we talk about WHY we are kind of wired to think negatively. Why it's so easy and where it comes from. After understanding this addiction (which I believe is an addiction), I tell you guys some tips that I personally favour and ones that science has also backed up.
