My name's Adam Phillips. This is my story. This is how I got to where I am today, what I've been through, and I'm hoping anyone out there watching can relate to my story.

Once upon a time I was living a life that was in a rapid downward spiral. A work hard-party hard attitude. I was partying with alcohol and eventually throwing some drugs into the mix. Eventually, grinding through my own mental battles which that lifestyle ultimately put me in. I then come out on the other side, and this is what I'm sharing today, and I hope you can relate to it.
This lifestyle that I was living previously, it led me to a point that I never want to go back to again. I ended up getting so sick that I lost 12 kilograms in 48 hours. My fingernails were almost black, and it's a place that I never ever want to go back to.
Now, while I was living that lifestyle previously, I sort of knew in the back of my head that I had to change, and I think we've all got the same issue. Is that we know can't do these poor, toxic things that are in our lifestyle forever. At some point we need to change. And that's what I had to do.
This first thing that I done was I changed my nutrition. I started to move over to a 100% clean whole food diet, which is how you should be eating anyway, but the immediate effects from that was my mental health got better, my energy levels throughout the day got better, my sleep quality improved, my outlook on the world changed, the way I handled stress, the way I handles challenges got better, and I was just living a much, much better quality of life due to this because I started to have the energy to go and work out, to go and create an active lifestyle. And from there the natural progression was just to continue further looking into other areas of my life and how I could enhance them.
This led me to a, a range of different things. I live a much, much better lifestyle than what I did before. I started to meditate on a regular basis, something I thought I'd never be doing, but this is just the natural progression. You just want to try and clean your lifestyle up more and more.
And this eventually led me on to seeking out a life coach 'cause I was like, "What am I gonna do with all this energy that I have? I, I, this is just insane." And I started to have days on a consecutive basis where the feelings flowing through my body and the quality of my emotions were better than any party that I'd ever been to previously. It was better than any amount of alcohol that I'd ever drunk, and it was better than any drug that I'd ever taken. I know that's probably crazy to hear this if you're in that same lifestyle before, but it's true.
I was now starting to become my true self, and I had all the energy there to go and do something more with my life, whereas that lifestyle was sort of holding me back. It was putting all these layers on top of myself, and it was actually preventing me from becoming my true self.
And as I started to clean up my lifestyle, you know, clean, whole food nutrition, living an active lifestyle, meditating on a consistent basis, that sort of thing there was starting to peel all these layers off, and the true me was starting to come out.
I went on this huge self-developmental journey. I started to step into my fears. Um, the life coach that I sought out, I started working with him a lot more, and I really started to identify my personal values and zero down what I was that I actually wanted to do with my life, since I had all this energy, focus and mental clarity now that I never had before.
And one of the key things here is that the lifestyle that I live today is sustainable, and it gets better and better, whereas when you're taking stimulants, doesn't matter what it is, even, even if you're taking coffee, the first time you have it, it's amazing, but then eventually you need to start taking more and more of it, and you never get back to the same feeling as the first time you- that you've taken it. Whereas now, the lifestyle that I live, it just keeps getting better and better. And these amazing results that I have, they're reproducible. I, I've taken complete control now, and I can reproduce these amazing results every day, and they get better and better. I'm on the incline, whereas before, the lifestyle I was living was on the decline, and I was eventually going to run myself into the ground and live a very poor quality of life at any earlier age, whereas now I'm going to live a better quality of life for longer. It's much, much better now.
This lifestyle that I live, I've been able to wrap it into a beautiful package, and I've been able to do it in a way where i can help anyone adapt this lifestyle to them that's fingerprint specific. They don't have to do the, the exact same things that I do because everyone will eat different food types. They'll eat different food amounts. They'll eat at different times of the day. They'll live a different active lifestyle. Some people like yoga. Some people like Cross Fit. Some people like triathlons. It doesn't matter. It's working out what works for you in regards to nutrition, your active lifestyle, meditation, the way you think, and you start to adapt this beautiful lifestyle to you, and these layers that may have been put on you previously, the same thing that happened to me, they'll start to be removed and what you'll notice is your true self starting to come out and you really begin to live a quality of life that's true to you.
One I identified my personal values, I was able to really direct all this energy that I had, that I'd created from this lifestyle that I live into places where I wanted to go, and I created a mission statement, improve mental health and prevent disease through nutrition, medication and active lifestyles, and this is my mission today and it takes no outside motivation for me to go and pursue this. I'm driven from within. It pulls me, whereas a lot of people are trying to motivate themselves. People are trying to motivate themselves to eat better. They're trying to motivate themselves to work out and do other things they know they should be doing, but that doesn't last for long. You need something, a lifestyle created that's true to you. It's fingerprint specific where you're pulled into it, and then you don't have to pull on any outside motivation. It comes from within, and this is your lifestyle.
The word diet actually comes from the Greek language, and it means way of life. So, you're diet really is your lifestyle. So, this is what we're doing at Life Grid. The products that we've created are in line with the mission statement, to help you kick start your journey into a cleaner lifestyle and become your true self, identify your personal values, live a much better quality of life and have an impact on the people around you, your friends, your family and the world that you live in, your community and become your true self, the person that you were born to be.
CLEAN LIVING AND LASTING CHANGEBecoming your true self is the only way forward. Take control of what's going in your body and mind and those layers you put on previously will be removed.
