In this episode, Dr. Laura talks about basic communication principles that every leader needs to know. We also talk about intercultural communication and responsible humans. Dr. Laura also shares a research project she is working on that surprised her. 

Dr. Laura O'Hara is a Professor of Communication Studies at Ball State University. Her teaching focuses on Intercultural Communication, Conflict & Communication, Training & Development and Consulting. In addition, her research interests include Health Communication, Intercultural Communication, and Organizational Communication. Dr. Laura earned an Outstanding Teacher Award at Ball State University and several other awards for teaching, research, and community service.
