In today’s episode, we’re talking about how to protect your energy, either to stop yourself from absorbing unwanted energy from others, or to prevent yourself from losing your own energy. We do these types of energy exchanges when we don’t realise that we have this ability. Unfortunately, while it may help to make someone else feel better, we are left drained and feeling worse. Or sometimes we absorb someone else’s positive energy in order to feel better ourselves. Either way you cut it, that is not how you want to help or be helped!
