Juneteenth/Father's Day activity! Hoping you've been enjoying yourselves in a strategic fashion. Steph on the edit which means it got done late, @misterbottles been bending corners in the foreign, popping Moet Rose Imperial, eating, sleeping, forgive me it's Daddy's weekend! My brother @onamission_27 and I chopped it up about what a blessing it is to live in the land of milk and honey, a.k.a 'Merica this Juneteenth. We saw record low interest rates, remote job opportunities, PPP loans, mortgage and rent forbearance and other seemingly once-in-a-lifetime events. These programs are not going to be the panacea for life. We got into a lot of core concepts that we see defining what seems to be the "Calm before the Storm". Some people in the US made more money in unemployment than they did working. Some people haven't paid rent or mortgages for a year...tune in today for solutions to get yourself out of these kind of binds or better yet, not land in them in the first place hopefully.
