This past November, I had the privilege and pleasure to teach for a third year in a row at Odessa Theological Seminary. It was a week long intensive class on Mission and Leadership. The students are all from Ukraine and will be going to numerous countries Central and East Asia as well as Africa. Dr. Ray Trantham oversees the program and he has done a remarkable job in making Odessa Seminary have what I think is one of the best outcome based Missionary leadership programs anywhere.
