In this episode I talk about how Nike unknowingly or knowingly nailed the key to happiness, and what I think we all should be doing to improve our quality of life. I’m trying to be more of a positive person so that’s what the main premise is of this whole episode. Almost a therapy session for me telling myself what I should be doing.
