This week on the show, Dr. Kristian Edwards joins us to share her journey in creating BLK + GRN, an all-natural marketplace filled with black-owned businesses.

After reading an article about the higher levels of toxins in products marketed to black women, Dr. Kristian made it her mission to bring better and safer products into her own life. Dr. Kristian’s passion for their own health and social equality prompted her to find an easier way to support black people and black-owned businesses through a marketplace made for all-natural products created by black people.

Her company BLK + GRN began as a passion projected and sprouted into a sensational business that prompted equality. Dr. Kristian provides a space for POC to fight the odds against systematic racism and social inequality while promoting all-natural products that are safe and healthy to use.
