This week we have one of my dear friends on the show, she is the creator of Goldsheep clothing- the company making the extremely fun leggings you see all over Instagram with pineapples, avocados, champagne bottles, and so much more. We talk about Keri’s idea of printing art on leggings and how she turned her passion into a thriving business. We talked about how to navigate all of the naysayers when starting a business, how to overcome anxiety and self limiting beliefs. I talked with Keri about how she started her business-we both have similar stories of starting our businesses in really small NY apartments. We talked about vision boards, how she creates space to listen to the universe, how to execute an idea, and how to start a business with no money.  Keri also shared how she creates space for creativity including boundaries,  her self care routine, journaling, affirmations, and turning things over. Lastly we talked about the advice she would give to aspiring entrepreneurs.
