A Void in the Wellness Space with Ashley Mars

When Ashley Mars began her journey into health and fitness, she didn’t know she needed to use certain key words in order to find experts that could understand her experience as a woman of color. Now a wellness coach herself, Ashley is dedicated to standing up and helping others out with her presence because she knows intimately that representation matters.

Bio: Hi, I'm Ashley and I'm an online fitness coach. I’m an insurance provider advocate by day and an online fitness coach by night. I help women of color get fit while building healthy lifestyles they can maintain and assist busy women in breaking out of the generational cycle of gaining unnecessary stress weight to reclaim their energy while eating what they want.
