Depression is WEIRD. It's a much weirder disease than you expect it to be. Which is why, if it starts sneaking up on you in your teen years or your 20s, it can be hard to even recognise what it is, let alone know what you're supposed to do about it.

So here's your handy-dandy guide to depression (and its best friend, anxiety), and what to do if you or a friend are struggling.
