We do ourselves a disservice when we take care of everyone else and do not take care of ourselves. How can we keep living like that?  How can we make it when we neglect our own needs, desires, goals and health. Sadly we put everyone else before taking care of what we need to take care of. Sadly to say that many people call self care as selfish but why is taking care of yourself selfish?
