The first Japanese ate Ramen is Tokugawa Mitsukuni who is the grandchild of Tokugawa Ieyasu.
That was on 1659.
Mainly 4 ramen are there in Japan, Shoyu, Shio, Miso and Tonkotsu.
For me,
Shio is from Hokkaido; North Japan
Shoyu is from Kanto; East Japan
Miso is from Tokai; Center Japan
Tonkotsu is from Kyushu; West Japan
