This week’s guest is Sayre Darling. Sayre and I have been friends for a couple of years and we met at a heart-based leadership breakfast we both attended. Over the years I’ve gotten to know Sayre and hear about her work helping others have Crucial Conversations. She has great insights into what it takes to have meaningful and purposeful conversations that enhance relationships rather than erode relationships.

Sayre began her career in corporate communications, including media relations, internal communications, brand development, and, marketing and communications planning and implementation.

She has developed a unique combination of skills to facilitate cross-functional projects across an entire organization to create alignment, excellent communication skills to drive clarity, the ability to make the complex simple, a calm demeanor to infuse confidence, a positive perspective to shift challenges into opportunities.
