Or took her first yoga course over 10 years ago during her first trip to India, at the age of 18.

Five years later, recovering from depression, she took a plane to India again, where she discovered her deep connection to Buddhism, took her first yoga teacher training, and started to practice seriously.

For the past four years, she has taught yoga in the Berlin area, while deepening her own practice and teaching others how to become their own teachers.
