Each episode this season I bring a bit of calming wisdom. A big part of mental health is anxiety. Living in Black America brings anxiety coupled with a lot of messed up realities. I started asking the universe questions. I am asking you the same questions.

Why does everything seem so dark these days? How can we share healing? How can we find joy?
