There was much speculation of the changes, the cuts that would happen and what it would be like having 150 athletes from all over the world on the floor to start the weekend and Adrian and Michaela discuss it all. They tackle what they thought about the events and the overall test and even why no one could challenge the Mayhem. They conclude by addressing how fast the CrossFit Open will be taking place (October 10) and what their plans are personally or maybe even collectively for the 2020 season!
