"Either we can look at foods off plan and say "I can't believe I can't have that, I feel so deprived, everyone else is enjoying the pleasure of these foods except for me!" Or we can say "I CAN have that food but I CHOOSE not to because it will not help me achieve my goals right now." Reinforcing this positive way of thinking was and is my key to success. Five months in, this is my LIFE now and it is filled with confidence, body positivity and happiness! My daughter now walks around talking about and proudly eating "power food" and I have the mental and physical energy to be the best mommy I can be to my beautiful girl."
