S&J Q&A Episode 11: Indian Mumma Swati, in her own words:Hello, Hi there sharny and Julius , first of all I want to thank you guys from bottom of my heart Thank you thank you thank you so much????Before starting this program I was eating pretty healthy, like veggies and sprouts but I was also eating our (Indian) carb foods, I was working out, running but my weight did not budge at all .Then when I saw the page of Sharny I instantly liked it but was little hesitant to purchase as I am a SAHM and I don’t earn. I showed it to hubby that I want to purchase this, but he didn’t show any interest.So after few days I just thought, let me give it try and this will be my last attempt to lose weight because whatever I tried my weight was not reducing at all. One fine day with lots of courage I purchased the program and it was the best decision I had made for myself??.The daily affirmation made me believe in myself. I was so insecure of myself before, I always felt inferior but that changed. I believe in myself now! I can achieve what I want, never ever I thought I would run in marathon but I did now and I even came first.In round 1, I had my ups and down too, sometimes I fell off wagon but as said consistency is the key to success with dedication, patience and determination I went on. I did the extended workouts for both rounds.Weight loss round1: vegan nourish Start : 62 kg End :52.9 kg Round2 vegan nourish ( kind of carb cycling) Start :52.6kg End : 49.9 kg Stats Tummy: 30nch to 25inch Lower tummy: 33inch to 27 inch Chest : 34 inch to 31 inch Arms: -1inch Thighs: -1.5 inch on eachCan see thigh gap now!Hips were small so not much change ?According to my height 5ft healthy weight range starts from 43kg so I m not sure I should continue or maintain , but for now I want to maintain sometime and then may start another round of carb cycling or vegan again.
