For most of my life I have worked through depression and anxiety. I’ve gotten a lot better at it.

I believe in sharing my experience because I want to be a part of normalizing mental health and mental illness.

I recently went through a depression episode and I’d like to share with you some of what happened and how I managed it.

My hope is to either support you if you suffer from mental illness or to shed some light if you know someone that does.
