A few years ago, I had the honor of being interviewed by my guy Aaron Baptiste. He was doing a project for class on Leadership and he thought of me to be interviewed. So when I say honor, I definitely mean that. To me, it's very humbling when someone comes and makes a request about a subject like leadership. It says so much about how they feel about you.
