It only takes one woman to make a difference but together we can rock the world. Today, we welcome Tash Bettridge to the show and we begin by #BreakingTheBias as we see the world through her eyes.

We believe that we can only do so much, as if our destiny was pre-defined. We restrict ourselves in becoming what we want to be.

Owning our achievements with pride takes us one step closer to believing in oneself.

Tash Bettridge wears many hats and is a fierce Maori Pacifica woman. She believes role models can play an important part for anyone; we need more in the industry that empower and encourage women around the world.

We talk about the NZNWS (New Zealand Network for Women in Security) not-for profit-group and how it helps other women to embark their journey in technology.

When life throws a curveball don't say "Why me," rather, say "Try me!" And so are these wonderful relationships that we create with time. When it gets difficult, take these experiences and grow with them and cherish them for the rest of our lives.
