When examining my lack of courage in life I have realized that certain behaviors such as my judgment of others made me feel more judged. Feeling this way hampers my true expression, affects my ability to show up as my best self in this world.

Fear is a reaction - Courage is a decision. Why are you, why am I,  not able to just flip that switch and turn the courage on?
