Buenos Dias, Buenas Tardes, Buenas Noches Mi Gente,

Whenever you're listening to this episode, I wish you find yourself  well, safe, and healthy, surrounded by love and nourishing food. In  today's episode, I share a bit about my thoughts and experiences on  outgrowing my parents' beliefs and lifestyles. Do you feel you have or  are outgrowing your parents' beliefs and lifestyles? I think there can  be entire conversations about this depending on how one reads and  understands the question. Regardless of how you do, I wish you find  healing, reassurance, and/or affirmation in this episode.   P.S. I cry at some point, so a heads up for those of you who may be  uncomfortable with crying. I am a pretty transparent person and I am  learning to embrace my tears more, so I do my best to not hold back from  feeling when I'm recording. Especially when it's a sensitive or  difficult conversation. I like to believe that the more human and me I  show up, the more I can inspire those around me to do the same. Los Amo!

Con Mucho Amor,

Lesly
