Today’s friend is Up4thechallenge and while he has not been diagnosed with ADHD, he has both Autism & OCD.  In this conversation, we discuss his journey and the strengths and weaknesses he sees from the struggle he faces within it.  Up is a mental health facilitator and educator, and in my opinion, one of the best in the world when it comes to mental health issues.  He is a close friend, a massive supporter of this podcast, and as much as he might not admit it, a very loving person.  It is for these reasons it is an honor to once again say that
