While just recently added to the Logan Principles, There is nothing more important than our safety, has always been inherent in the culture of Logan. The episode of this principle was recorded prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the topic is as relevant today. Safety should be at the forefront of our minds at all times, and our guests talk about how this principle is not just something that “looks good on paper,” but working safely is a choice that our employees make every day. Employees are empowered to stop an unsafe process, and production is never a priority above the health and safety of our team members. In fact safety and productivity go hand in hand. Safety is personal and our guests share the events they remember that bring this to light.
