There is openness on the team which helps people improve in their jobs through honest feedback, raising issues (sometimes unpopular), training and sharing knowledge. The goal is to keep the team strong; to keep Logan strong. The team thrives in each person reaching their full potential and gaining confidence in their decision-making.
