Losing Weight Eating Bacon is a podcast which doesn't actually advocate eating bacon to lose weight.

This podcast follows two friends. Sean (41 years old; father of two) was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2007. At the time he was a very overweight 265 pound man in his early thirties. By 2009 he had run a half marathon. In 2015 he created and ran the, "Really Long Run to End MS," which is a 80 km ultra marathon. However, even when he was running ultra marathons he was carrying extra weight and couldn't figure out why. Since October 2017 he has immersed himself in learning more about diet and has finally started losing the inches he expected to lose training for ultra marathons.

Sean hopes that what he has learned will help his good friend Dan who has gained a great deal of weight over the past decade. Dan (39 years old; father of two)has agreed to start to incorporate some of the lessons Sean has learned and to make changes to his lifestyle.

Over 36 weeks Sean and Dan will check-in weekly to chart Dan's progress, share information, and hopefully foster a mutually beneficial lifestyle.
