I am completely obsessed with getting to the next best version of myself in all ways.  As a result, I like to reflect to asses how I've improved every now and again and I smile when I do. 

Things that once put me over the edge no longer does, my relationship w/ myself is easier.  I look at myself in the mirror differently, less judgemental. It's all a process but I'm glad im on this journey.  What do you do to make improvements on yourself?  How do you look at yourself in the mirror?
