Forgiveness is extremely important in relationships. Our relationship with God starts with forgiveness; with God forgiving us. It is our duty then to forgive others when they have wronged us. Just as it says in the Lord's prayer " forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors" God wants us to forgive others so He can forgive us.
