Andrew Lovegrove, Senior Consultant at Skills for Health is joined by special guest Sam Hepplewhite, Director of Prevention & Partnerships at South East London Integrated Care Board. 

Andrew talks to Sam about the ongoing workforce challenges in Primary Care, the barriers to workforce planning in this space, what some of the solutions look like, and how Skills for Health have been working with a number of PCNs in South East London to help them think about their future workforce needs and how they better plan for it.
