In this episode I focus on the grief many 2020 graduates are experiencing. I talk a little about the stages of grief and the importance of graduates having conversations about how they are feeling. I also encourage families and friends to validate those feelings. Today is Memorial Day in the USA I commented on us all remembering this day and the many people who lost their lives serving and protecting the States and its people. It is also Labor Day in Jamaica. So yuh know, mi big up mi Jamaican people dem too.
