Stan Frazier is an award winning songwriter and founding member of the band Sugar Ray. Stan played drums, sang, and co-wrote in the band for 24 years. Stan has continued to co-write and work with The Dirty Heads, Donavon Frankenreiter and in 2016, Claire Wright.

I want to thank Stan for sitting down to be my first guest. It was great having a band member and someone that I know pretty darn well be the first podcast I've ever attempted.

We talked about his earliest musical inspiration, his streaking at Weezer & Kid Rock and nearly getting arrested, and how we wrote the song "FLY" in New York City. During our conversation, we let some bad words fly (no pun). So this podcast is EXPLICIT. Adult ears only please.
