Welcome to Lunch Break Leadership Episode 007, Remembering Why You Were Promoted. In this episode let’s take a moment to reflect back on why you were promoted and how to use those attributes to influence others and create a lasting culture of performance excellence.

Main Idea & Content🎤

By now you are probably knee deep in the middle of managing a team of people, implementing processes, and measuring performance. With all of the hustle and bustle things can get cloudy and sometimes you forget the basics. In this episode I want you to recall all of the reasons why you were promoted, and what sets you apart from others leaders in your organization. Recalling “the why” is a good exercise to do every so often to keep you grounded. Also, by taking a personal inventory of yourself and asking these questions you will keep your eye on the ball so to speak. By taking the time to self evaluate and reflect on what is working and what needs work can affect your team in a big way.
