Welcome To Episode 4 of Lyfe Boost! I am so glad to interview an individual that is making a difference for others across Canada.   Chad Kennedy is a hero for First Responders within Canada. He is walking across Canada in 2022 to raise awareness of PTSD amongst our Emergency Service and Military Communities as well as promoting our well-being and hopes of raising funds to help those who need it most.  Chad Kennedy is a Sheriff Highway Patrol Officer in Alberta, Canada and FOUNDER of SEA TO SEA FOR PTSD.

He was diagnosed with PTSD and speaks about how he is overcoming it. Chad Kennedy explains effective ways on how to overcome PTSD. He is wanting to save lives and make a difference for other people. He is raising awareness of this issue and really being a role model for those in law enforcement.   

Rian Barrieau and Chad Kennedy discuss methods and techniques on how to be successful mentally. We also discuss his outlook on the future of his dreams and goals.
