The Groove Session is a show that explores all matters of the heart. Although I have never been in a relationship, I’ve been fortunate enough to observe various relationships throughout the years thanks to both friends and family. There were some positives and negatives in every situation that I have seen. As I watched each relationship unfold, I realized that they are fragile and require a lot of work. The goal of this show is to provide a walkthrough perspective to help listeners who may be going through relationship issues that will be discussed on this show. Source material provided by leading folks in the field of interpersonal relationships.

Playlist:

  1. Nsync - It's Tearing Up My Heart
  2. Little Mix - Little Me
  3. C-Note – Forgive Me
  4. Blackstreet - Don't Leave Me
  5. Tori Kelly - Should've been us
  6. Cymphonique ft Ace B - Thinkin About U
  7. Pixie Lott - Cry Me Out
  8. Cher Lloyd Ft. Skee-Lo - I Wish mashup
  9. Nathan Morris - Wishes

We have to forgive. Holding on to things is not healthy, and it’s going to blow up in both of your faces. No good comes out of this. Forgive and forget — that’s the saying, isn’t it?
