Lindsay is an ICF certified coach and Certified Personal Trainer with over 400 hours of experience that specializes in helping exhausted women take their energy back and upgrade their joy, fulfillment, and best of all sense of FUN in life. 

Her passion for helping others comes from years spent learning how to successfully navigate and improve her performance as an athlete, entrepreneur, and successful corporate professional while experiencing complicated health and family issues that negatively impacted her energy levels and emotional health. Seeing her clients succeed in living balanced, happy, and inspiring lives is one of her greatest joys.

Lindsay is an athlete that enjoys running, bouldering, hiking, dance, team sports, and American Ninja Warrior style training. Her driving forces in life include curiosity, passion, fun, and alignment with self. She lives in Burbank CA with her doggo Dawson, who has learned to speak using voice recorded buttons to communicate.
