What a joy to spend the morning with Heidi Jaquith! She has such a beautiful message about taking care of our bodies in so many ways. We loved hearing about her healthy habits and positive approach to life, all starting with impressive early morning habits that carry her through her day.
Heidi is a mom to three littles, a wife, a fitness instructor and an author. Her most current project, the Intentional Daily Planner just released in late 2018 and we got our own copies today! We can't wait to try it out, it's a really unique approach to health that incorporates balancing time, feeding your soul and taking care of our bodies. Get her book here.
