Holly and Ryan on overcoming ADHD - Jane’s special guests today are Holly Robinson Peete and her 24-year old daughter,  Ryan. Holly, a mother of four, is an amazingly accomplished actress, singer, author, talk show host, philanthropist, influencer and activist. Ryan, for her part, is no stranger to the spotlight. She herself is a singer and songwriter and has written two children’s books, one winning an NAACP Award, and she is working on a third. You may also remember them from the docu-series on the Hallmark Channel, Meet the Peete’s. Both Holly and Ryan are with Jane today to share their experience with Ryan's ADHD (short for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder)  to educate others by highlighting ADHD as a part of the neurodiversity that permeates our society. Ryan, who was diagnosed with this disorder as a teen, and her devoted mom, talk all about how it all manifested and how they have managed to cope with it over the years. They will also share their tips and tools on beauty and wellness, and discuss the importance of a healthy lifestyle in overcoming any stressful situation.
